I have a very unusual problems with my 3490: when I turn on, after the GARMIN Logo, a blank white screen appears with blue lowercase letters filling out contours like the words "Image Not Found". I can not install firmware by pre-boot or GarminCure3. Shortly after being recognized by the Updater.exe the system starts to read the firmware but reboots and stops the process. When it reboots the Garmin LOGO and Software Missing appear. With QuickCure3, the two GPS disk drives start recognizing, even they are identified by Windows, but the content is empty and the device icon flashes and loops that prevents the process from continuing.
I also tried to backup some regions and also install rgn16, but it gives an error in the process and stays in an eternal looping, appearing the LOGO GARMIN reading the card, but not finishing. This is a problem I have never seen
Curiously pressing and holding the finger where the battery icon would go into the hidden menu, but without any image, only text. In this step, unfortunately, Updater.exe also does not recognize the USB port. If anyone has any idea that I can implement, sre wil be welcome
