The problem must be of hardware, as mentioned. In my attempts I prepared the firmware for flashing by pre-boot removing rgn 0x0E (leaving only 0x0C and 0x7F). I also tried flashing the rgn 127 by the SD text command without success, nothing worked after many attempts. Then or I exchange the board or replace the EMMC chip
