    There's no way to enter preboot when the device has a non-responsive screen [i'd missed that point sorry]. It may be permanently hard-bricked. We can try to flash 2077 firmware by SD, it might work. This involves trying to use the original 2077 boot.bin as Ldr.bin in a 1947 folder but if it doesn't work it may even make it less recoverable. Do you want to try?

    No didn't try it yet .. The steps if you don't mind
    I don't have any thing to loose more as the device is dead so will go for it
