M8 told you help is here ^_^
Follow their instruction to the letter, don't push any extra buttons then report back.
I have same prob M8 in IT peps go one step to far and pst it doesn't work, if they say shut down then reboot do so don't just reboot. "one is a hard reboot and the other is a soft reboot " different things happen with the OS.
