Hello guys I just got this Garmin Nuvi 1370 from a friend,tried to update the Map and firmware but got the problem.PC does not recognize the device at all.Tried 3 different cables and 3 laptop and PC running Windows Vista,7,8.1 got the same result:only detected as removable drive and not able to browse inside.The navigator was reseted to to factory defaults,installed a SD card with the MAP and it worked with it,but computer did not browse inside any of removable drives,even in the external SD card.
Any help is kindly appreciate it.
