This looks like a hardware problem. In particular, your USB cable is detected as a charger. This detect is performed by measuring the resistance between pins 4 and 5 of the mini-USB connector.
Maybe there is a parasite resistance in the mini-USB hub, so try cleaning it.
Maybe your USB cable is bad.

Hi I tried with blowing with compressed air, but still nothing changed..
