    Hi popotnik I'm glad you answered
    I sent you an email with pictures you ask in post #31.

    I remove fs_image ver from Garmin and error in inventory page appears as
    D0414-00 2:10 FTL Image Unavail
    D0416-00 2:10 FTL Image Error
    error on the second FTL file remains.

    Hi catymag I'm glad you answered
    I did as you said removed two bin file, installed .RGN file and repeated with
    Webupdater but the result remained the same no voice assistant and no navigation.

    I need the backup files for the nuvi 660 if someone have them, did format without having backup thought it can be reloaed by Webupdater. though I have the detail map only
