Maybe something in USB peripherals is broken.
Where have you taken those numbers? And what do they mean? They look like offsets of some regions in the flash chip.
If device is not identified as a Garmin device then most probably no Garmin firmware is running at that time. Then WHAT is that peace of code which is running?
