Problem Nuvi 50 Off - says Mt3351 i need Usb Driver !

Hi,

I have a unit Nuvi 50 is power off ,

when i put to Usb port , says unrecognized driver .

MT 3351

Help me Please,

i install the usb driver but does not work ,
the problem is i need MT3351 Drivers,
i have win7

Garmin nuvi needs Garmin drivers.
First check if you switched your Nuvi to "Mass Storage" mode
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Check in the device manager if there is any bang sign next to this device.
You may try using another usb port and check.
You can try using another USB cable and check.
You can also try running the 7 Hardware Troubleshooter to diagnose the issue better.

If some driver is missing you can run Windows update
But you should tell us what happened and why your pc doesnt recognises nuvi anymore.

i recibe the gps AS IS.

GPS does not turn ON
when connected to the pc will not start
when connected to the pc only recognizes it as MT 3351

Try with pre boot if pc will recognize your nuvi with normal usb drivers.
Try also conect nuvi to pc with XP.
