Thread: Latest 3760's firmware no longer accept the patch for ASR and 3D

I just got a 3760 LMT today from Costco in Canada, I tried to use the method post by Turbocc to conver it to 3790 functionality, however, it doesnt seem to work. After the flash, I still dont see the voice command bottom, and I dont have any 3D image as well. I download the gcd file from

, however, it seems to be the 5.00 version even though the file name is (4.90).. because after converting th file to RGN and using the updater.exe, the file being updated is listed as ...5.0 during the process. Is that why this method no longer works? I really dont understand why this process doesnt work on my unit, please help!!
