Can you please scan reg on nuvi 150?
I create you all that you need for scan, you only extract rar to empty SD card, add sd card in nuvi and turn ON nuvi.
When process is over your nuvi will reboot and turn on automatic and then if you can attach in post or send me in PM folder Garmin from your SD card with bin inside.
