    Yes, just save it. It will want to default the file name as 'unknown.bin' so change that to 'English_Australian_Karen.vpm'.

    Tried load the voice file. after changing the voice to English_Australian_Karen, the moment i press save,
    it show something like imcompatiable .... version (too fast, can't see clearly) then immediately shutdown.

    The message would be 'Incompatible Audio Version'. Then like the US 3590 it will start normally, defaulting to the compatible TTS2 voice previously loaded before the TTS3 i suppose. Delete the TTS3 voice.

    yes exactly, after restart, it revert back to the previously loaded tts voice.
    already replaced the tts3 file with the original file.

    No mp3 and video on nuvi 2013 series, maybe in future they will add

    but I have problem with the screen orientation (3580 with TWN's FW)
