2xxx and 3xxx series enable features application

Lots of pages to wade through, but would this mod enable 3d buildings on a 2445? If the mod goes wrong, is there a way of putting back the original firmware?

No, unfortunately it won't enable 3d buildings on your 2445. It won't hurt to try, and it doesn't alter fw, it just enables some features which may be 'dormant' in the fw for applicable devices.
