Have you activated traffic subscriptions? The traffic receiver must be connected to the nuvi in your car ,fix satellites and nuvi will give the code to activate it in MyGarmin page.

I am living in Singapore...
Don't think the traffic info needs a subscription....
From what i see in the developer info page.. the GTM25/GTM35 is not even detected.... anyone having similar issue?
