I can share original files from nuvi 3490T Europe.
Without maps, .System/Sid and .System/JCV it will be 1,7 GByte. Voice recognition files in .System/Asr are too big (more than 1GByte) and .System/Voice (more 600MBytes).
Result: no maps, empty .System/Sid, .System/JCV, .System/Asr and .System/Voice:
