Transform a Nuvi 37xx in a Nuvi 34xx for dummies

i only have backspace on "enter house number" , but theres no backspace in any other fields later on.. tried both keyboard layout "QWERTY, ABCDE".

i deleted all the keyboard files in garmin and tested it that way, now the backspace appears on the bottom right corner, except it does not allow me to select keyboard layout anymore. tried using webupdater but theres no kb files to d/l. now i remember i deleted the new keyboard folder after i flashed to 34xx fw and been using the 37xx kb files instead (thought they were the same..). can someone zip it up for me? thanks

Question about custom poi icons.
Is there a problem with v3.60 in relation to displaying custom icons? Manual suggests should be possible but I can't get any custom poi icons, only see a very small blue dot where icon should be. Using 24x24 8 bit icons (256 colour) which work ok on 37xx series.
