Thread: Running programs from SD on nuvi

I try with this tool and i mount 2.bin and set as removeble HDD and in windows explorer you can see GARMIN drive and folder on it.
This work,you can also change folder inside and save it back and flash.I add all folder from my nuvi backup and save it in 2.bin (i remove voice from Voice folder)
I try on my nuvi 1300,i flash with 2xxx FW and nuvi wont start anymore and no PC conection.
Then i flash with modified 2.bin and nuvi start and i have all folder from nuvi 1300 backup on my nuvi.
But i have only 1GB fat disk.
I formated to fat32 and i have now 2GB space.Then add folder from backup back on nuvi, and 1300 now work like a charm.

This is revolution in how to repair nuvi.
