So week protection of payable features... Looks like this is a part of Garmin's strategy. There was no need to introduce those multiple XMLs, really. All the functionality was already present in 13xx/14xx inside one XML.

Garmin places the emphasis on maps in device, but not on features. It is general strategy of Garmin on non MPC markets. I know this strategy by Europe market. For MPC markets Garmin have no strategy

Hi kunix,
Do you know is it possible Routes in 13xx to be enabled via OEM.xml? I tried couple of ways but couldn't figure out how. I thought routes are locked to the screen resolution.All the functionality was already present in 13xx/14xx inside one XML.

I used to do it by "classic" device version lifting. Also I don't see the corresponding option among allowed tags. Looks like it can't be enabled with XML.

You are right absolutely! Garmin Corp work for me
I am needing in navigation while Garmin need of money. I spent the unbecoming sum of money on Garmin devices. And so the Garmin love me as any consumer product corporation! There is tradition of love each other in Europe. It does not mean to kiss one another in suction as Putin and Lukashenko & Chavez Corp. Simply we talk over about strategy on today and future. I associate with various managers of Garmin Corp many times at marketplaces, exhibitions and services. Sincerely I hope they is worker of Garmin Corp in fact So above there was the viewpoint a some worker of Garmin Corp.
The strategy is obvious in itself:
- no map - no speed limit even,
- local region - already speed limit,
- big region - laneassist for you,
- all regions - JCV on screen as a present.
And as a result you will pay more for maps update as well!Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?

Mmm. I checked the fw_all.bin for the 13xx/14xx. OEM.xml can do it, but I have not investigated it.

OEM parser error: cannot read configuration
OEM parser manually aborted
