I do not see big difference. Add or change some code and you can see difference only in changing (shifting offset) internal address and for this reason.

For example the first dozen of changes is 2E (HEX) shift in internal address. Or in end of files the difference in file size results in a shift of lines by the same amount and you can see more of the red areas with same code but one higher or lower than the other.
