I got today Traffic Text All Languages GLX.
Webupdater downloads a zip in \Garmin directory on Nuvi,this zip contains itself inside, so after Nuvi installed it ,will leave an useless zip file in Nuvi's root you can delete. File name is D166000.zip

Changes made from version 3.80 to 3.90:
◦Translation updates for all languages
◦Added more traffic translation support for some eastern European and Asian languages
