Now I understand. So this i s why you wanted to know how to make cure on the 82701000720 firmware. Very niceOk, will leave it to you to make the "cure".
1. After you install notepad++ download and extract this file into the folder Notepad++\plugin:

and you will have a very good Hex Editor for free in your Notepad++.
2. If you still can't manage suggest this ones.

First suggest the PO to try the 500 cure version.
