Try to update again with original regional firmware (save to .rgn file with RGN_Tool and flash to nuvi with updater.exe)

System software missing!!!!
I have the garmin nuvi 260w, after the update, the gps shown system software missing.., anybody can help??

I have the same issue. Flashing the original region firmware and cure firmware did not help.
Can't delete .gcd that is currently on the system.
765T US
Any suggestion?

Yes, I did. Update.exe flashed cured .RGN successfully but still stuck at System Software Missing and try to update itself with bad .GCD

I am getting tired doing one and the same thing...someone should write solutions to such problems...find me tommorow in skype I have an idea how this can be fixed. Skype same as name. EU time.
