13xx/14xx is the same, but the 1460thai firmware isn't the full rom, and if you flash it u will get glitch graphic all over the screen. To make it work u have to hex edit, replace/add some of the files in your unit.

Is it possible you share the th_TH.glx, th_TH_PRX.glx, th_TH_TRF.glx its in the /text folder of the device.
And the file 006-D0952-04.bin in the ./system/ExtData.
It seem like your keyboard did work with the new firmware but i need those files for the font.
