I have tested it back then and now and it does have its problems running outside of it's indent GPS platform.

As "Bushwalker8" points out..... a phone re-boot after each change

That is a big pain in the backside to do each time.

I think there are other apps that are missing that need to be look into.

The same way as to get traffic you need to plug in a receiver that will only work with a stand-alone unit from Garmin.

I have even deleted the GarminDivice.xml to speed things up along with the SQLite folder.
They both get rebuilt after you go into setting and stop the app.
Then restart it.

If seems to drop out each time you set a location to go to after a minute or so.

Plus putting all of Europe on a smartphone is a lot of GBs that are not needed.
