That is an already modified APK - what version APK is it? What has been modified? Is it universal?

It is modified to support phones from Android 4.2 to 10.

What version GOA is it? 1.30.00? 1.29.00? 1.28.00? 124.00? etc.

GOA 1.29.00.
libgarminos.so doesn't appear to be newer either.
Not sure which version of libgarminos this is using, but works fine on Android 10 as noted.

Probably it is one of the first versions near 1.14-1.16. Why?
