I also have the Samsung Galaxy S4 I9505, lollipop 5.01, but when I install CNE NTU 2016.10 map, the SP application is closed.

I have installed TOPO CZECH and Free maps for Garmin brand GPS devices ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) and Gmap3d.img 2016.10 and working properly.

I made the same steps as you, but I can not CNE NTU 2016.10 to work, whenever I install the application the application is closed.

I can not solve the problem, with Kitkat it worked properly.

The only thing which comes to my mind is whether CNE 2016.10 is unlocked properly? Maybe there is an error in .img while transferring, or file is incomplete?
Try with some other version of CNE for which you know for sure it is functional.

Or that might be some anti virus program, (like avast in my case), with app shields options ON, that somehow consider CNE2016.10 as a potential threat.

Nothing else comes to my mind at a moment. Maybe some of forum members, with more experience will find a solution.

Thanks, but for Samsung Galaxy S4, running 4.2.2, installed with extSdCard patch:
Streetpilot 2.37 (res 960 by 540 and higher) crashed (black screen)

I have unlocked CN2016.10 well, I have installed on my BaseCamp and nüvi2200.
I think the problem lies in a file called libgarminos.so, perhaps some of the forum members with more experience find a solution.

My suggestion remove the FreeMaps for Garmin devices and then test again.
If still same problem, remove the Topo CZ.
And if still the problem, install only CN EU 2016.10.

I think you have an interfere with the other maps or the maps are too big too handle by the mobile

I have already removed the maps and I installed only CNEUROPA 2016.10, only 19Mb file, and the result is the same, the application is closed.
I have to wait for the update gurus ST

Does anyone know, which disappears folder .system on Samsung Galaxy 4, 5?
After the first startup .system folder is no longer visible even on pc set -show hidden files , folders, or drives

Garmin is working completely normally, the only unfortunate that you can not access the folder .system

whether there is a file explorer that can to solve?

I dont understand your language, anyway this option must be changed:
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files box and tick show hidden files, folders and drives

Dear Catymag

I have tried everything to get streetpilot to work on my Galaxy tab 3 lite SM-t110.
I see on the thread of working/non working devices it is listed as working.
You asked me a few months to update the tablet, which I did without success.
I have now tried V2.37 but afraid, still no go.

Attached some screengrabs, I also got CPU-Z info for you to look at.
Hopefully you have since come across this and found a remedy .

Also, would be intersting if somebody else has the same problem. I have successfully installed Streetpilot on various phones and tablets, so I pretty sure I have configuration sorted. Maps are installed.

You will see as I zoom out you will eventually see the basemap, but as you come in one gets this strange picture instead of the selected map.

Please help if you can. As said, I have tried every possible APK and they all do the same.
All menus and submenus work, just the darn map display
