I installed Streetpilot on my Galaxy S4 (4.4.2, non root) on internal storage and everything went great, but i can't add new maps. I have map of my region, AdriaRoute in new Map folder i made and Nord and east europe in system map and it's working fine, but when i replace one of those maps with garmin balkan ex-yu+albania downloaded from this forum, i get FC, but icon on status bar remain.

What file .apk you have installed?
Because you do not have write permission in Android.
That which does not allow the installation file, writing and reading is called:
- platform.xml
and is the location:
- ROOT / system / etc / permissions / platform.xml

Uninstall the application GSP, then in PC prepare all necessary for GSP.
Recopied the folder in desired memory and reinstall application GSP
