You might have to request if someone has the correct libgarminos with your exact file location.

I don't know how to edit the 2.16 libgarminos file like the v1.49 one.
    Thank for Your reply.

Yes, in fact, there is "mnt/sdcard-ext/" location in my Motorola RAZR MAXX too ("sdcard1" in "Storage" folder and "sdcard-ext" in "mnt" folder).

I would try "mnt/sdcard-ext/" location, but I couldn't find right "libgarminos.so" file for this location (there isn't any file for this type in the first post of this thread - maybe I didn't see it?).

Someone could help me or share "libgarminos.so" file for "mnt/sdcard-ext/" location?

The "mnt/sdcard-ext/" is the actual location of your external SDCard then.

I think you might have to ask qq123580 who made the libgarminos files for the other locations. Have you tried the V1.49 Streetpilot? That one has instructions on how to hex edit the libgarminos file yourself. For V2.16 I don't know what address the location is saved in.

Thanks catymag, I have tried editing the libgarminos file for hardcorereznik with "mnt/sdcard-ext/" file location. It is here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Change the file name back to libgarminos.os before putting back in directory.

    Thanks again for Your help.

I've downloaded your "libgarminos.so" file and copied into my phone to location presented in first post (off course I've changed its name to "libgarminos.so").
I've also copied "libgmxt.so" file from first post to be sure at 100% that my .so files are correct (off course I've changed permissions for this file).

I restarted phone and... I'm still having my problem I cannnot see any maps (including basemap). Every restarting I have to copy .so files to see basemap.

Try moving your img map files (including basemap) to mnt/sdcard-ext/Garmin/Map (like you did in your first post). check if the basemap is spelled correctly. I think one of the rar files had a space in the spelling - it should be gmapbmap.img not gmapbmap .img. Also, check the size of your gmapbmap file. I think some ppl have problems with gmapbmap of 19mb, but the 49mb one is working. Use the one from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

After that if still not working, sorry, I have no more ideas. Maybe try the older 1.49 version?
