Hello Towerpc. I am from Argentina and having the same problem with Mapear and Street Pilot. I am also using Navitel 5 with Mapear. When I have to calculate a long trip (Ex Buenos Aires - Cordoba, it last a long time in calculating route, about 3 to 5 minutes. I am on Galaxy S2 original Claro firmware. Jelly bean.)

Hope you can tell me if you are experiencing same problems

try to use City Navigator....as I experienced it's always crash on SP if use other map than city navigator...although it works on nuvi but doesn't work on SP...
