Hello everyone,
I have an iphone 4S IOS 6.1.3 not jail broken
I managed to install the Garmin China Version 2.2 (for free) and I was wondering whether adding maps could work using the same method described in your thread. Can Anyone Help?

Not possible as you cannot access the file system in a jailed iDevice, let alone modify files. The latter is needed when you want to add folders, additional maps or set the permissions.
