Two of my sons, two daughters-in-law and several of my friends have iphones. I have jailbroken than a more than a few and i have successfully loaded Neadenalin's app Garmin-USA_OnBoard_NoMap.ipa onto 2 of them. I sense you are frustrated and with good reason because you are getting nowhere and the situation you have described makes no sense. However, if you have satisfied yourself of two things (i) your jailbreak is complete; and (ii) the app loaded successfully, then i can't suggest anything else. You haven't mentioned if you've had any more than one attempt to load and run the app, and if that's the case then just try again. If that doesn't work check the jailbreak. That's me done, sorry.
