Thanks, tom1807 and jackspratt1 for the rapidshare links. I prefer to download directly from rapidshare without other download manager.

All my releases are on RS, protected by Linksave and can only be downloaded by jDownloader or Cryptload

Unfortunately the three links for the Mapsource version, although in LinkSave.in, are dead, says Cryptloader... Pity for all interested.
