v3.82 Minor fixes. Implement house numbering in parts of Farrer, Bt Timah,
Balestier, Bt Merah areas Added individual POIs and polygons with block
numbers and postal codes in condo estates. Add roads, driveways, polygons
& 256 POIs in Queenstown, Bedok, Orchard, Tampines, East Coast, Tuas,
Punggol areas
