Is there a tutorial somewhere to both copy a garmin Bluechart g2 sd card to make more for use on other units, as well as a tutorial on copying all the img files and other files off an sd card and use them on bluechat compatible units WITHOUT having the SD card in them ?

How do I create a map unlocked for all IDs, like all the maps of the forum? I only know how to create a unlock map for mapsource and for a single ID. My brother and my friend have gps and every time I have to unlock the map with mapsource for them gps, using them gps id. Please help me.
