What`s the diference between CNBr2010_20_MapSource and the regular CNBr2010_20 ?

I mean the CNBr2010_20 as I understood is a regular update to your gps map, or maps, but the mapsource that comes whith the updated map in this case ("CNBr2010_20_MapSource") appears to be something or some other program, what does it does, and what is the mais difference between only updating the map and using this "mapsource" at all?

the mapsource version install the mapsource software in your pc and the "regular" map in it-
when unlocked ,you can send separate regions to your device or the whole map-
no difference
last version is CnBR2010.30

Thanks, I think I got it.
But why do I need the map source, only to separate regions ?
Because as I saw from other posts, not always they release the new map whith the new compatible mapsource, what do I do then?

From the menu: Utilities/Manage map products->unlock regions->add->then enter id from Jet Mouse KG in first field and name of the map in second field.
The map will be ready for Mapsource and to transfer the map you want in your device

if you dont need mapsource and you want just the map--download just the IMG rename it gmapsupp.img and copy it in your Garmin directory --it's already unlocked

I have previously downloaded the "MapSource version 6.16.0.2 Beta" does it work with it too or better to stick with the ones you posted here?

No -use the one I linked above with the patched one--the new one is a beta and it expires soon -I think you can unlock Brazil map and transfer it to your device but I'vent tested it yet--with europe there'r problems

Im sorry again but how do I do to patch?

Another thing I do not have Mapsource v.6.15.7 already installed so is impossible to me to just run the update you gave me, so please, where can I find the "Mapsource v.6.15.7" so that afterwards I may use the update that you linked to me here Catymag.
