Search in maps section, if it's a IMG map add directly in garmin folder on phone ,unlock it if locked following this guide

rename new map GMAPSUP2.IMG
if mapsource map you need a pc with mapsource software and garmin unlocker if the map is locked.
you'll find in gps tool section with instructions
