Default How do I install multiple maps.

I have downloaded "unlocked" images of South Africa, and Australia/New Zealand. the images have the same name gmapsupp.img. How do I install both images to my device without overwriting the first image file?

Default City Navigator Europe NT 2010.1 (Mapsource 6137)

    Hi all,

Downloaded all the 15 RAR files from the link. Noticed the first 3 files are named ppcw.part01-03, is this right? Anyway tried to unzip but only get empty files. The rest, part 4-15 manage to unzip but my Mapsource ver 6156 does not recognize the files.

Anyway, tried to just copy the CNEuroNT_2010_10_mdr.img to my Garmin XT on my N85 by renaming it gmapprom.img and using keygen to get unl code. The Garmin accept the code but it still uses the basemap when I tried to use it in Milan.

Is there anything else I could do? Do I still need to use mapsource to transfer to my phone?

    Thanks in advance.:sauteur2:

Call the .UNL files the same e.g "GMAPSUP2.UNL" and have the corresponding map unlock code in there.

Dump all in "E:\Garmin\" and it should work fine

I have followed the steps indicated for adding multiple maps to GMXT to my mobile phone. I am running GMXT 5.00.20wp on Windows Mobile and have North America installed in the SD Card/Garmin root directory as gmapsupp.img with gmapsupp.unl.

My problem is trying to add the Spain & Portugal NT 2008 map to the SD Card/Garmin root directory to gmapsup2.img and gmapsup2.unl. I have generated the unlock code with the proper custom map ID and I am not using .txt extensions on the .unl files. Upon launching GMXT I receive a warning that I have loaded a map that is locked. My North America maps work fine but when going to Tools->Manage My Data->Map Sets, there is an asterisk next to the Spain detailed map and the message states "Can't unlock maps using Unit ID XXXXXXXXXX".

I have tried regenerating the key, verifying the Map ID with Gmaptool, and loading Spain & Portugal NT 2010 with unlocks and have had no success.

Any suggestions to solve my problem?
