After download the gmap folder from start post 1 the "Symantec Endpoint Protection" found and isolated a "Trojan.Gen.2" in:
file: ...\...\CityNavigator_East_&_WestAfrica_2016.1\City Navigator East & West Africa NT 2016.10.gmap\UnLock MapSource.exe
