If you see Navicom and don't HERE as your Traffic Provider, you probably need to update your Traffic Provider list (database). It's an xml file available via Garmin Express or WebUpdater. I updated my Nuvi 3490 a couple of months ago and now I see both Navicom and HERE as my Traffic Providers.
