Okay, I have to ask one more dumb question but I've searched and can't find the answer.

For the 2595LMT how do I find out if I need the the 3490 or the 3790 ASR file?

You have Life Time maps for that Nuvi.

As stated, I have a North American version of the Nuvi and I need to put European maps on for a trip. Believe me when I say I wouldn't be going through this exercise if I didn't need to.

I appreciate everyone's help, still looking for an ASR file that I can download. The FileFactory one won't complete and the ZippyShare one has errors in part 1. Not that I really NEED the ASR files but what the heck, why not!

Kenwoods generally use the same files as 34/35xx so i'd try ASR2.

I tried the Foursquare Map for my nuvi 2595 device.
I tried the unlocked image in (.System/Map/D4935040A.IMG), but it did not find the image file.
So I moved it to my SD card in the folder \Map. It could it there with no problems at all.
As for the SID file I have tried may places but no luck see the Icon Foursquare in the App's Menu.

I do not think this will work on my version of Nuvi unless the app can be updated to show.

Sorry,kenta...but this bouquet of ASR2 is the same as 34xx, not only for nuvi 2595 (or 2xx5 series).
