Have u tried GarminExpress ?

I always preferred GarminMapUpdater.exe but recently it has been giving me trouble since CityNavigatorSouthernAfrica NT 2015.10

I tried G.E and it shows me 2015.20 is available but to tell you the truth i don't trust it to proceed.
