Those are not the map-specific ASR files, they're stored in the ASR folder but are the language-specific voice recognition files required for generic operation of Voice Command using a particular TTS voice, i.e. en_US.srd is requited for American English Jack or Jill vpm file. For earlier units using ASR[1] files, English_American.srd would be required to operate voice command for those TTS voices.
However, as ASR/SRX [1 or 2] map-specific files are not available for MENA, voice command cannot work using this map regardless unfortunately.
