Maybe I don't understand the question properly, but you could make a start by explaining what's wrong with it now.

The nüvi 2360 would need the 4385070A.JCV file.
If on a microSD, it goes in the X:\Garmin\JCV folder (X representing the drive letter for the microSD).
If in the nüvi, it goes in the Y:\.System\JCV folder (Y representing the drive letter for the nüvi).

Note that the .System folder is by default a hidden folder.

Works perfect

uncheck - hide protected operating .system files, that makes .system folder visible, along with above instructions

Is the POI name of these middle east places in English or Arabic language?

The names are spelled using the Latin character set, so not Arabic.

I don't understand Arabic....so just wanna make sure it's in simple A B C

I stand corrected. The map in this thread uses CP 1256. The map is therefore able to display names in Arabic, depending whether such feature is supported by the GPS used.

In nüvi 255W you'll see "simple A B C"...
