    I'm using 2014.Q1_City_CYR. Here is Junction View on my nuvi 3590 (firmware version 8.20):

    It is possible that the ofrm.jcv is conflicting with some other JCVs in SDCard\Garmin\JCV folder.
    Try to leave only this JCV in the directory ...
