Where did this .SID file and .db file come from? I don't remember there was ever a .SID file and .db file released in any previous Middle East & Northern Africa release? And what is this .SID (External Point Addressing, or InstaSearch, or Traffic Trends V3, or Address Search). I assume the .db file is the Country State Search SQLite file?

SID directory:
Files are stored in 34xx (2013 device) and newer .System/ SID and are traffic trends, instaSearch, instaAdresses and POIs and FastRouting related.

I made suggestion about basic 24x5-25x5 regional device because I do not see other more expensive SID:
ASG: AddressSearch (sid) - predictive keyboard
HTF: trafficTrendsv3 (sid) - no comment
