1) where depends on nuvi model.
2) yes it must be unlocked with an unlocker like gimgunlock
3) nuvi 40/50/42/52
4) SID file sare traffic trends ,InstaSearch , InstaAdresses and FastRouting
5) no unl code: FID greater than 2200
