It's Nuvi 3490 device.
By the way both OSM Russia & Navteq maps show that there're a couple of streets in that village.

Do not use address search in this case!!!

Use this algorithm:

Where to? - Cities - Дачное
Куда? - Города - Дачное

You never find by this way - Куда? -> "Выберите город в Россия" -> "Город по буквам" - because in Navicom map is no address info for Дачное in opposite to Navteq map. For search with Куда? -> "Выберите город в Россия" -> "Город по буквам" it must be even one street address but no one present on Navicom map for Дачное and thousands other small villages. But you can find this small villages if you will use:

Where to? - Cities - Names of villages
Куда? - Города - Название деревни

If you have Nuvi 3490 device you must do follow steps:
Where to? -> Categories (above Saved in right upper corner) -> Cities (scroll through Search Tools) -> Дачное
Куда? -> Категории (выше Сохранено или Избранное в правом верхнем углу) -> Города (прокрутить до Инструментов поиска и этот пункт будет чуть ниже) -> Дачное
Also you can add smart link to Where to? page for Cities. it is very useful for next task:

1) If you want make route to certain city but you do not know the particular destination now. I am simply choose city and route it. When I approach to this city I take decision about the particular destination in according to time of day, own need or need of my car and health condition after several hundreds miles on roads.

2) You can easily calculate distance to any town on route if it is interesting.

3) In some case if you occasionally find several matches for certain object you need to narrow a search condition for the nearest object to required or known city.
