About CN Russia 2014.10 Navteq it is absolutely different map as for map data as for producer. And it is not news that for some Russian regions Navteq have by one third more data than Navicom.
Please, take my advice to your attention. If you do not search any inhabited locality (e.g. town, village, railways station) by Address immediately try search by Cities in main menu and you have success surely.
