I did that, but no luck. Then went back to Topo Belux PRO including .DB file inside SD:\Garmin\SQL folder, and now even with this map I don't see Named Trails anymore!

I updated BaseCamp from v4.2.2 (including patch) to v4.2.3 (including patch) and now everything works fine. Not sure why Topo Belux PRO first did show Named Trails and lateron not anymore (and Topo Danmark PRO not at all!), but glad it's working now. Thanks for your suggestion, Mapperoni. Learned how to clear the cache.
