Thanks. I will try a single country as suggested but it could be the SD card size. I am using a 4GB card which worked well for the 2013 map. For the 2014 map, the gmapsupp.img file is 3.8 GB and the card is 4 GB. Could be the reason. I will try a single country and get a bigger capacity card. I have an older model Zumo device, the Zumo 500 for motorcycles.

I tried 1 country and it worked the device recognized the map. As for size, it is exactly 2.89 GB not 3.89 as I had thought so a 4 GB disk card should be ok. So if it's not the card size, what is it? Thank you for your input Originally Posted by dasilvarsa
